📦 Export-Grade Heavy Duty Packaging
To protect delicate thermodynamic components, cooling coils, and microcomputer controllers during transit, all equipment (including soft serve machines, modular ice makers, and blast chillers) is packed inside custom-built, fully enclosed wooden crates with internal shock-absorbing packaging foam. All crates undergo standardized ISPM 15 heat treatment and phytosanitary stamping for seamless international customs clearance.
Estimated Transit Timelines
Shipping timelines depend on the chosen transit method and final destination port. Below are standard guidelines:
- Ocean Freight (LCL / FCL): 20 to 35 business days. Best for bulk equipment orders and cost-efficient transport.
- Air Freight (Express/Priority): 5 to 10 business days. Ideal for urgent startup openings or spare parts.
- Factory Lead Time: Standard catalog models are dispatched from our Jiangmen factory within 3 to 5 business days after testing. Customized OEM configurations require 15 to 25 business days.
Customs Clearance & Documentation
Our experienced logistics department coordinates the preparation of all international documents required for importing heavy machinery. Every shipment is accompanied by:
- Commercial Invoice (with correct HS Codes)
- Detailed Packing List
- Ocean Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin (Form E / CO for tariff concessions)
- CE / ETL Compliance Declaration Documents
Unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are explicitly contracted, customers are responsible for local port landing fees, custom brokerage clearance, and local import customs tariffs.
