Dual-Compressor Independent Cycles
Gongly flagship soft serve ice cream machines utilize a dual-compressor configuration. The main freezing cylinder is driven by a heavy-duty Embraco compressor, while an independent pre-cooling compressor keeps ingredients chilled below 4°C in the hoppers. This independent separation ensures food safety regulations are met while saving energy during off-peak operating hours.
Smart Viscosity Microcomputer Controller
Our proprietary microcomputer control system continuously reads motor load torque and cylinder temperature, calculating viscosity in real-time. It automatically adjusts compressor frequency and cycle duration to match the unique sugar-fat ratios of different ice cream mix recipes, maintaining consistent texture and preventing cylinder freeze-ups.
🌀 Pressurized Gear Air Pumps
Injects pressurized air into the liquid mix as it enters the freezing cylinder, increasing overrun (volume expansion) by up to 45%. This creates a fluffier, creamier texture and significantly lowers raw ingredient costs.
🔇 Acoustic Noise Dampening
Equipped with high-density acoustic cotton lining, vibration-absorbing rubber mounting pads, and low-dB condenser fans, maintaining operating noise below 60 decibels for quiet cafe environments.
Natural Low-GWP Refrigerants
In our dedication to environmental protection, Gongly engineers have optimized our cooling loops for natural, low Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerants. Over 70% of our domestic and export models have transitioned to eco-refrigerants like R290 (propane) and R448a. R290 offers a GWP of only 3, while delivering a 15% improvement in thermal transfer efficiency over legacy systems.
