2-Year Compressor Warranty
The compressor is the heart of any commercial refrigeration system. Gongly provides an extended 2-year warranty on all brand-name compressors (including Embraco, Secop, Cubigel, and Tecumseh) installed in our soft serve machines, batch freezers, and ice makers. If your compressor fails due to a manufacturing defect within 24 months of purchase, we will ship a replacement compressor free of charge.
1-Year General Parts Warranty
All other functional components, including control boards, touch screens, motors, air pumps, expansion valves, and cooling fans, are covered by a 1-year parts replacement warranty. Replacement parts are dispatched via priority air express (DHL / FedEx) directly from our factory warehouse to minimize down-time for your business.

We support businesses globally. If you encounter any operational or mechanical issues, our senior factory engineers are available for live video calls to diagnose error codes, verify calibrations, and walk your local HVAC technician through replacement steps. Most minor issues are resolved in under 30 minutes.
Warranty Exclusions
Our commercial warranty program does not cover:
- Cosmetic damages, minor scratches, and wear-and-tear consumables (such as scrapers, seals, and food-grade O-rings).
- Damage caused by operating the equipment on unstable voltage, incorrect electrical phase, or lack of proper surge protection.
- Malfunctions resulting from neglecting regular maintenance (e.g., failure to clean the air condenser monthly).
- Equipment modified or repaired by unauthorized third-party technicians without prior factory consent.
